If you are not satisfied with your purchase, do not worry! You will have 14 days to request the exchange for another MELIÁN item, counting from the delivery date.

You must send us an e-mail to info@melianlanzarote.com specifying your order number and we will inform you of the rest at the time. Exchanges will only be made for items that are not defective upon arrival, that are in their original condition, have not been used, altered or washed and that have all the labels with which they were sent. Products must be sent in their original packaging. Returns that do not adhere to this protocol will be rejected without entailing any responsibility for MELIÁN.
